They were all on the paper even as the paper was breaking up in little bits from being in straight bleach. The Micron Pen, Koh-i-noor black ink, and Higgins India ink all lasted for 24 hours and even longer. The big surprise was ballpoint pen ink forget the type disappeared within a couple of hours being put into bleach. The fountain pen ink disappeared within about 10 minutes of being put in the bleach. Then put the paper in straight household bleach. I wrote on paper with all the aforementioned inks. Now the fountain pen ink would come off the paper if rubbed if it was in water all the rest stayed on the paper. All of the inks lasted in the water for 24 hours if let to dry for a couple of minutes. Writing from all of them I wrote on a piece of paper and put it in water for 24 hours. I’m new to Pigma Microns by Sakura and heard good reviews about it’s waterproofing and archival abilities. I liked the fact that India Inks are waterproof and very opaque.
